IFBB Pro Flex Lewis presents 60 Seconds with Flex. Today's tip is using the Low Row by Hammer Strength. Full stretch throwing the elbows back for 10 reps, then do short reps with a limited range of motion for 10 reps and then 5-10 reps using a hold at the top range of the motion.
