IFBB Pro Flex Lewis presents 60 Seconds with Flex with special guest Y3T founder and coach Neil Hill with IFBB Pro Dallas McCarver. Today's tip is Twisting Lat Pull Downs for building mass and detail, especially pre-contest training. Using proper form twist the torso, keeping the core tight while angling the bar to work each side of the back separately. Start with 5-6 reps and then switch to the other side, then back for 3-4 reps and repeat the cycle. Focus on your form to get full contraction. Do this for a total of 10-20 reps for 3-4 sets.
